As you may have noticed over the past couple of weeks, footers soliciting contributions have cropped up at the end of all our articles.
Allow me to take this opportunity to further explain what the plan is for our 2019 Asian Cup coverage. Four years ago, I was in Australia for the 2015 Asian Cup and while I did provide coverage- it was limited (for example there was no article after the 5-1 destruction at the hands of Jordan).
In 2019, the aim is to provide coverage worthy of a fully fledged site and not that of a hobbyist blog. In order to do that, I’ll need funds to travel and the gear to produce the best content possible.
During the 2019 AFC Asian Cup you will be able to access all our content on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter through the hashtag: #YallaFidai.
There will be stories on Instagram, videos on all our platforms, in addition to the usual visuals, articles, and analysis Football Palestine provides.
I will also be providing expanded coverage of the tournament, in Arabic, on our sister site TASDEEDA.
If all goes to plan, Football Palestine will have generated more video content of the Asian Cup than any other platform.
